We are looking for you

Would you like to learn marketing not only in theory but actually put it into practice

You will be responsible for

At Invesdor Europes leading impact investment platform we combine return with purpose. Through our platform people invest in companies that aim to make the world a better place from renewable energy to MedTech and EdTech.
As a working student in marketing you will be right in the middle of things. You will contribute to campaigns that make our projects visible and help strengthen our brand.

Your tasks: from data to Canva

Your role is intentionally broad. Depending on the project you will support our marketing team for example with:

Data and analysis

Supporting KPI tracking and preparing simple reports such as campaign performance click numbers or conversion rates
Evaluating activities and deriving initial recommendations: what worked well what can be improved

Content and creation

Creating graphics and visuals in Canva for social media newsletters and online campaigns
Assisting with Google Ads and social media ads e.g. drafting text preparing image formats or setting up A/B tests
Helping maintain content on our channels such as LinkedIn or Instagram

Strategy and ideas

Contributing to creative ideas on how we can activate our international crowd
Participating in team brainstorming sessions on new formats campaigns or storytelling approaches
Acting as an interface with other teams in Finland Germany and the Netherlands to align content and projects

Do not worry: you do not need to be perfect at everything from the start. What matters is that you are motivated to learn and gradually take on more responsibility.

To be successful in this role you will need

You are still studying and want to truly learn marketing rather than just create slides. If you recognise yourself in some of the following points feel free to reach out:

You study business administration marketing communications media economics or a comparable field.
You enjoy digital marketing social media and online campaigns.
You can work in a structured manner and are not afraid of numbers Excel or similar tools.
Initial experience with Canva or a similar design tool is an advantage.
You enjoy working in a team bring your own ideas and can drive topics independently.
You speak very good German and very good English as our communication is often international.
