Junior Sales Support Specialist with German Poznań
Role overview
The Junior Sales Support Specialist has an important role in the Sales Support area of the Customer to Cash process flow. This team is focused on optimizing sales performance across our Western European markets through a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes by deploying an end-to-end perspective towards work organization.
Joining our Team means:
- supporting a team of qualified Master Data contracts pricing & rebates specialists;
- resolving challenging queries that will encourage you to grow;
- Involvement in initiatives and projects including process automation aiming at improving how P&R processes work;
- supporting business closely with a variety of systems and tools and building and maintaining professional relations with local finance and sales teams.
What youll be doing
- Creating and maintaining Customer Master Data for customers from Germany and Poland
- Preparing analyses and reporting of Customer Master Data to provide answers to any question an internal customer might have
- Cross-checking queries with Customer Master Data and providing information based on internal customer setup
- Providing advice on technical queries and contributing to your teams collective knowledge by preparing and updating process documentation

Were looking for someone who has:
- has a good command of written and spoken German;
- has completed Bachelor-grade university curriculum in finance-related areas or has 1 years of corporate sales experience;
- enjoys working in a diverse international environment;
- can communicate effectively in English;
- navigates easily in the Office 365 environment and has practical knowledge of reporting tools;
- demonstrates analytical mindset and assertive attitude;
- is inquisitive and diligent.
