The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on activelysupporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctiveservices to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll alsoparticipate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical andprofessional skills. As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will develop and maintain qualityapplications using Java and popular frameworks. As a Senior Associate you will manage andinspire others while enhancing application performance and securing alignment with client
needs.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- 5-8 years of experience in Java development
- Proficient in Java and SOLID principles
- Significant experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React
- Experience with application servers such as WebLogic
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers
