What were looking for
As a Associate CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket youll play a pivotal role in planning executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels such as email SMS push notifications content cards and WhatsAppetc. While you wont be responsible for creating or leading strategy development you will meticulously plan and execute campaigns based on strategies provided by our clients or developed by our strategy team. Youll collaborate closely with our clients working hand-in-hand to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results. Youll guide our project team to success ensuring seamless execution efficient operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform for our clients across various channels
- Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Brazes messaging capabilities
- Utilize Brazes segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.
- Collaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting results.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trends.
- Master Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients success.
- Relevant document and reporting creation (e.g Measure and report on the performance metrics of executed )
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM space
- Experience in working with Braze Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
- Attention to detail including QA of CRM Campaigns Integrations & relevant documentation ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Proven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in day-to-day professional tasks
- Understanding of relational databases and data structures
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g. agency client-facing )
- Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles C1 level of English proficiency
Desirable:
- Experience working with or other Loyalty system.
- Braze Certifications ( i.e Practitioner Marketer)
- Extensive experience working with Braze platform demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its features
- Experience in data analysis leveraging SQL
