Job Summary
Sales & Bookings Associate
Location: Office based Cumbria
Contract: Permanent Full-time
Salary: up to 30000 per annum dependent on experience
NXT Recruitment is supporting a growing customer-focused business in Cumbria to recruit a Sales & Bookings Associate. This is a varied role where youll be the first point of contact for guests and clients managing enquiries and bookings while helping deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This opportunity would suit someone organised personable and confident communicating with a wide range of people. Youll work closely with colleagues across the business while managing your own workload day to day.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to enquiries via phone email and online platforms
Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation
Build positive relationships with guests and clients
Prepare quotes confirmations and booking details accurately
Maintain up-to-date records using booking and CRM systems
Support sales activity including viewings and follow ups
Upsell additional services and experiences where appropriate
Provide general administrative support to the team
About you:
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service sales hospitality or bookings is beneficial but not essential
Confident using IT systems and software
