Responsibilities
Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy to include simulation and administration of radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physician.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology
- A. Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT
OR
- B. Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)
- A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date
AND
- B. New graduate employees must pass the registration boards within one (1) year of graduation or hire date.
- Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
PREFERRED
- One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.
