Treasurer

As a Treasurer you will build and lead the Group Treasury function for a multinational e-commerce organisation. As well as provide the Group with stable liquidity clean payments execution predictable cash forecasts and minimal bank/FX frictionwhile maintaining a strong controls environment.

You will:

• Own daily global cash positioning including sweeps pooling concentration and currency balances;
• Produce and continuously improve the 13-week cash flow forecast (weekly) and a 12-month liquidity outlook;
• Lead bank strategy selection pricing negotiations and service-level agreements;
• Own account lifecycle management across all legal entities (open/close/modify/KYC);
• Administer short-term liquidity tools such as RCFs overdrafts credit lines guarantees letters of credit and surety arrangements;
• Reduce operational FX exposure;
• Advise Financial Controllers and SSCs on payment behaviour settlement risks term setting and liquidity impacts;
• Deliver weekly cash dashboards forecasting variance analyses bank fee analysis and improvement plans to CFO;

You have:

• 712 years of experience in Treasury Corporate Finance or Banking within a multinational environment.
• Deep understanding of multi-currency cash management operational FX and liquidity forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with banking portals mandates payment security and account lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of ICFR treasury controls compliance (AML sanctions) and audit requirements.
• Experience with ERPs TMS or payment hubs (e.g. SAP Stripe Adyen etc.).
• Comfort working as a single contributor building a function from zero.
