Job Summary
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solution design and architecture: Design and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions creating high-level architecture documents and technical blueprints that align with business strategy.
- Technical leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership on best practices lead technical discussions and ensure solutions are optimized for performance scalability and security.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
- Mentorship and governance: Mentor junior team members and provide technical governance ensuring compliance with architectural standards and policies.
- Documentation and maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including design specifications maintenance guides and current state documentation.
- Continuous improvement: Conduct regular reviews of the environment to identify opportunities for improvement and stay current with new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow CIS-CSM or CTA certification
- (CIS Certified Implementation Specialist CSM Customer Service Management)
- (CTA Certified Technical Architect)
- ServiceNow Architect/Implementation experience
