Job Summary

A shared services company that services the Shangri-La Manila Properties - Makati Shangri-La Edsa Shangri-La and Shangri-La at The Fort.
We are hiring for a Service Leader - Procurement (Non-Food).
As a Service Leader - Procurement (Non-Food) we rely you to:
- Interactwith fixed assets/property controller chief stewards and other department heads related to operating equipments and collaterals for Shangri-la properties
- Ensure that goods being ordered are delivered on time and in good quality
- Interact closely with operating equipment and other non-F&B supplier
- Consolidate engineering products for better price negotiation and contracts
- Facilitate and process renovation and projects both SLM
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably with atleast 2 years work experience in Procurement/Sourcing from any business industry
- Has experience in dealing with cross functional teams (i.e. Engineering project involvement)
- Is knowledgeable in any Procurement System (i.e. SCM SAP etc.)
- Is proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel Word Powerpoint)
- Has good communication and people management skills
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and honesty.
- Smart with pleasing personality. Has good negotiation skills.
- A self-starter and customer-oriented.
- Displays initiative commitment to professional values.
