Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a responsive multidisciplinary program supporting individuals experiencing mental health concerns or mental illness. We provide services via outreach clinic-based sessions telehealth and group programs all guided by evidence-based practice clinical reasoning and individual needs.
As we continue to expand our services into 2026 we are opening Expressions of Interest for skilled clinicians who want to contribute to the growth of a progressive collaborative and clinician-led model. Our diverse team includes psychiatrists psychologists occupational therapists social workers and registered nurses but more important than discipline is the capability and professionalism of the senior clinicians we employ. Collaboration continuity of care and consumer-centred treatment are at the heart of our approach aligning with both the recovery model and the bio-psycho-social framework.
We pride ourselves on a safe compassionate environment where clinicians work alongside clients to create meaningful personalised treatment plans that support long-term wellbeing.
What Were Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist)or AASW (Social Worker) (mental health accreditation)
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team of peer workers and clinicians.
- Experience with multiple computerprograms and the ability to produce well-written reports
- Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced solution-focused environment.
- Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
