About the Role:
Juniper is seeking a passionate Part-time Customer Service Champion to join our Customer Engagement Team as an Access Liaison this role youll guide and support individuals through every step of their residential aged care journey ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to our customers- in person by phone and email.
- Coordinate admissions into our residential aged care homes ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
- Provide guidance and advice on admissions including how to navigate the aged care system availability and potential costs and fees.
- Maintain a waitlist of customer enquiries.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including all our residential aged care homes and the finance team.
- Engage with referral networks including My Aged Care Social Workers and Placement agents
- Maintain customer database and CRM.
- Prepare admission documents including final agreements and work with teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Assist with phone coverage.

- Collaborative mindset to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using computer systems and managing data accurately
- Aged care experience is desirable but not essential full training will be provided
