Responsibilities- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software development including 5 years in technical leadership or management roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale enterprise software solutions (cloud experience strongly preferred).
- Extensive experience in modern coding practices application design and cloud architectures.
- Strong ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Deep knowledge of modern development frameworks languages and tools (e.g. Python C/C JavaScript Cloud Platforms CI/CD).
- Experience working with multiple database technologies (relational and non-relational).
- Experience with containerized environments (such as Docker Kubernetes).
- Full-stack development experience.
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with open source technologies and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle products and ecosystems.
