US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96800 to $251600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Build mentor and grow a world-class engineering team focused on delivering essential products and services for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation technical excellence continuous improvement and inclusion.
- Collaborate with product management architects and cross-functional teams to define product vision roadmap and priorities.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Solve a broad spectrum of technical challenges related to scaling security efficiency and automation by making robust architectural and customer-centric design decisions.
- Drive best practices in software engineering including secure coding automated testing code review and DevOps principles.
- Ensure products and services meet the needs of internal teams customers and Oracles partner ecosystem.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges risks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead hiring performance management and professional development for a diverse engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with Oracles security quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software development including 5 years in technical leadership or management roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale enterprise software solutions (cloud experience strongly preferred).
- Extensive experience in modern coding practices application design and cloud architectures.
- Strong ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Deep knowledge of modern development frameworks languages and tools (e.g. Python C/C JavaScript Cloud Platforms CI/CD).
- Experience working with multiple database technologies (relational and non-relational).
- Experience with containerized environments (such as Docker Kubernetes).
- Full-stack development experience.
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with open source technologies and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle products and ecosystems.
- Experience working with both internal customers and external partners.
- Experience in SaaS cloud architectures or platform engineering.
- Strategic thinking skills.
