Basic Job Functions:

TheContractAdministratorresponsibilities include but are not limited to:


Draft negotiate and managecontractswith customers vendors etc.

Ensure allcontractual agreements comply with internal policies and legal requirements

Monitorcontractperformance and enforce compliance withcontractual terms

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies in thecontractprocess

Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements

Working knowledge of lien and bond rights (in multiple states)

Working knowledge ofcontractcycle management andcontractlanguage such as limitation of liability indemnification and warranty

Working knowledge of commercial construction insurance

Working knowledge of construction industry and general practices

Coordinatingcontractual reviews with internal and external counsel as needed

Collaborate with leadership team to focus on continuous improvement and support all business goals

Lead acontractsteam focusing on process improvement and coaching and development

Assist with othercontractual matters as they arise

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate or Bachelors degree in Business Law Construction Management or related field

5 years experience in contractadministration or legal operations

Preferred Qualifications:

1 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite Adobe or similar PDF program
1 years experience with a CLM or similar software
