Associate - CommercialDisputes - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A top UK law firm with an ambitious collaborative culture that drives the business
Role
- Advise a wide range of clientson commercial contract disputes including sale of business shareholder and boardroom partnership and joint venture restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations asset recovery and injunctions
- Prepare and negotiate high value and complex settlement agreements
- Work on litigation matters from pre-action through to trial / alternative dispute resolution / mediation
- Play an active role in business development
- 1-4 years PQE
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and associated arbitration rules such as ICC/CIA
- Experience of sports related regulations an advantage but not required
