Join Us as a Payroll Officer

Play a critical role in ensuring every pay run is accurate compliant and delivered on time. This is a full-time maternity cover role until March 2027 offering you the chance to apply your payroll expertise in a high-impact position supporting two of Australias most trusted brands.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be the go-to payroll expert managing complex processes and ensuring compliance every step of the way. From onboarding to terminations youll keep everything running smoothly while supporting employees and leaders with confidence.

Your Impact:

• Prepare fortnightly payroll and monthly commission runs
• Process new hires terminations and pay changes accurately
• Be the first point of contact for payroll queries
• Reconcile and prepare month-end reporting (super & ATO)
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and awards
• Are detail-oriented organised and proactive
• Are proficient in Excel and payroll systems (HR3 UKG a plus)
• A knack for problem-solving and building trust with stakeholders
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
