Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Heim BBQs recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Check identification to verify customers are of legal drinking age.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Texas.
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
