CHI St. Alexius is looking for Student Nurse Techs to join the team!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual eager to support patients in their healthcare journey Were seeking Student Nurse Techsto join our dynamic nursing team and provide essential care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

In this vital role youll:

• Provide direct patient careincluding personal hygiene comfort and mobility support for a diverse patient population from newborns to seniors.
• Monitor and documentpatient conditions promptly reporting changes to the RN.
• Assist with admissions discharges and transfers ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for patients and families.
• Contribute to a clean and organized environmentby managing supplies and equipment.
• Grow your skillsby actively participating in education and quality improvement initiatives.

• Current enrollment and in good standing in a full time Nursing Program such as an accredited Baccalaureate Nursing Program or RN Associate Degree program or LPN to RN nursing program.
• Active state registry as a Nurse Aide (CNA) or LPN license required.

BLS or BLS instructor certification required upon hire. Refer to policy Licensed Certified and Registered Employees for acceptable life support cards.
