Whatyoulldo:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy tailored for North American markets.
  • Drive demand generation and brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns events and Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and coach regional marketers ensuring smooth execution and alignment without formal HR responsibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales and global marketing experts in digital product and design.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance tooptimizeROI and inform future strategies.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and report on effectiveness to leadership.

Profile

Our ideal candidate brings the following experience:

  • Proven international B2B marketing experience ideally in technology and field marketing.
  • Senior-level marketingexpertisewitha track recordof driving growth and managing complex campaigns.
  • Broad marketingskillset across channels and disciplines with strong strategic and execution knowledge is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit andstrong communicationskillsto influencestakeholders and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
