HR & Workplace Experience Intern

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support HR Business Partners process related to employee benefits onboarding and HR communications.
• Prepare and report monthly payroll incidences accurately ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and collaborate with the Talent team to manage the learning and development agenda.
• SupportHR and Workplace Experience communications by creating and publishing updates on VivaEngage and assist brigades with scheduling and communication for safety trainings.
• Oversee workplace experience initiatives by sourcing and managing vendors; manage badge assignment external visit registration and follow-up on facilities reports from security personnel.

What are we looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degreein Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English(spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
• Expected graduation January 2027 or later date
• Availability to support 30 hours per week hybrid flexible according to academic workload.
• Organizationand strong attention to detail and accuracy
