工作职责

负责机加工区域的工艺相关工作包括如下
工艺流程和作业指导书的制定优化
PFEMA制定优化
标准工时产能制定优化
程序设定和相关工装夹具设计
协助支持其他区域工艺工装相关工作主导机加工区域的降本增效
主管安排的其他任务

岗位要求

大专以上学历
8年以上数控编程工作经验精通至少一款主流 CAD/CAM 软件会 UG优先能进行四轴编程及动手调试能力
熟悉FANUC系统了解西门子系统熟悉OKK DOOSAN卧式加工中心者优先
具备非标工装夹具设计及刀具选型管理能力
工业产品箱体类回转体类零件丰富的加工经验者优先
开放心态与诚实
优秀的团队合作者能够激励团队成员
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
