Job Summary
Join our team as a Heavy Duty Lube Technician!
Are you passionate about ensuring Heavy Duty machinery runs smoothly Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for light troubleshooting If so we have the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Performing scheduled maintenance inspections and minor repairs to heavy equipment at customerjob sites.
- Draining and replacing fluids taking required oil samples inspecting and or changing filters changing lubricants greasing machine lube points etc.
- Ensuringcomponents material andequipment is inspectedcorrected to specifications and completed according to thedelivery programs.
- Ensure all final verifications specified in work instructions scope of work verbal communication and specifications are carried out and complete.
- Submitting accurate and timelytechnical documents including service and inspection reports.
- Operatingand maintaining tools equipment and work areas in accordance with Liebherr Canadas company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Minimum 2 years experiencemaintaining heavy equipment required
- Ability to multi-task and remain level-headed in demanding situations.
- Basic MS Office service reporting time entry and parts ordering software experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills
- Valid drivers license/ willingness to travel within Burlington/GTA area
