Job Summary
- Prepare and revise 2D and 3D electrical drawings including layouts schematics single-line diagrams and cable routing.
- Ensure all designs comply with Ashghal standards Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) Kahramaa regulations and relevant codes (IEC NEC).
- Work closely with engineers to produce shop drawings IFC drawings and as-built drawings.
- Incorporate redlines and site feedback into updated drawing sets.
- Maintain drawing logs file structures and document control protocols.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of drafting experience with at least 2 3 years on Ashghal projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP (preferred) and other drafting software.
- Experience in infrastructure projects: highways drainage sewage pumping stations TSE networks.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science / Environmental Health or related field. Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent. Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Proven experience in managing Permit to Work systems.
