Job Summary

Description

The Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to the Presidents office anticipating and executing upon those needs.

  1. Support the President office manager in liaising between leadership executives faculty administrators and staff with external entities.
  2. Be the point of contact for various inquiries.
  3. Manage incoming calls correspondence and emails.
  4. Manage and maintain complex calendars schedule and arrange all associated details for meetings and events.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements.
  6. Develop itineraries and process expense reimbursements and payments.
  7. Maintain filling system.
  8. Work flexible hours as per the requirements of the Presidents office.
  9. Produce meeting minutes.
  10. Perform other duties as reasonably required by management.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.
  2. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
  3. Professional certification in a related field is desirable.
  4. Applicable for canddates with a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevent post.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  1. Strong communication skills.
  2. Ability to work independently.
  3. Ability to Multitask.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Excellent Arabic and English skills.
