What Youll Do as a Millwork Machinist

Program & operate a 3-axis CNC router to produce high-quality wood components.
Review & interpret CAD drawings for each order to ensure precision and accuracy.
Coordinate with CAD Technicians Lite Specialists and other team members to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain the organization of the tool database.
Cross-train & assist in other woodworking departments when CNC work is light.
Follow all safety procedures quality standards and company policies.
Provide guidance and training to teammates as needed.

Experienced: Brings 2-3 years of woodworking or millwork experience with the ability to read drawings follow work orders and produce precise high-quality results.
Analytical: Interprets CAD files takes accurate measurements and solves problems quickly to keep production moving.
Organized: Maintains an orderly workspace manages multiple priorities and stays calm when the schedule gets busy.
Adaptable: Cross-trains in other woodworking areas and communicates effectively to support the team.
Dependable: Shows up consistently works with integrity and takes ownership of the craft and the companys standards.

Pay: $22-$26 per hour depending on experience
Full-time schedule: 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
