We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Process Engineering team on a full-time basis:
Roles & Responsibility:
- Design jigs and fixtures for both new and existing products. Skilled in developing new product designs based on change requests (CR) and performing reverse engineering and 2D-to-3D model conversions Packing BOX with Packing Procedure creation. Proficient in PCB design with strong knowledge of materials heat treatment processes surface finishes and tolerance standards. Well-versed in GD&T principles and symbols with hands-on expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Knowledge in ePDM.
- Provided cross-functional support to the Machine Shop Quality and Production teams by clarifying technical drawings and creating stage drawings for new product development. Delivered laser coordinate data to assist production processes and maintained Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) Reports on a regular basis. Supported QAD-related activities for the Machine Shop and Quality departments while also managing the upload and release of engineering documents within the ePDM.
- FM & QP Matrix follow-ups Cost Calculation support for new product developments Part No. & BoM Creation in QAD Maintain 5S within the Team Near Miss Kaizen & Cost Effective Jig & Fixture Unification Design.
- Maintain Check sheets for Released Drawings & Documents Error free System in ePDM Update New Innovation in factory Good Communication & Team Collaboration skills.
