Project Manager OCU Group
Location: Leeds or Stockport (with regular travel across the UK)

OCU Group is a leading engineering and infrastructure services provider delivering innovative and sustainable solutions nationwide. As our operations continue to expand we are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead major projects and support our commitment to excellence.
About the Role
As a Project Manager youll oversee the full lifecycle of allocated projectsensuring safe timely and high-quality delivery in line with budget and contractual requirements. Youll engage closely with clients collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and take ownership of project outcomes.
You will be based in either Leeds or Stockport with regular UK-wide site travel.
About You Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical and operational background and be confident leading complex infrastructure projects. Essential experience includes:
Technical & Industry Exposure
- Exposure to electrical M&E civils and multi-discipline engineering environments.
- Experience working on high-voltage infrastructure projects (33132kV) ideally within DNO environments.
- Background within large construction utilities or major infrastructure organisations.
Leadership & Delivery
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and capability to administer contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications such as APM PRINCE2 SMSTS or relevant engineering credentials are highly advantageous.
