Polestar France is accelerating its growth. Following our market launch in June 2025 we are entering a crucial scale-up year in 2026. To strengthen our presence and drive brand excellence across the country we are looking for an Event & Retail Marketing Manager to join our expanding team.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
You will play a key part in building the Polestar brand in France. As a member of a small but ambitious marketing team you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our network of investors partnerships and agencies. You are comfortable taking ownership working independently and guiding both internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
Polestar operates in France via an NGA (Non-Genuine Agency) business model. Your role is essential in aligning national brand ambitions with these local activations coaching investors and ensuring a premium unified brand presence.
What youll do
- Lead retail animation initiatives and support the dealer network in delivering a consistent and premium brand presence. Plan organize and execute customer events (Retail B2B) aligned with our brand and commercial targets
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including event ROI and sustainability performance tracking
- Manage your event and retail marketing budgets
- Coordinate with agencies NGA partners and Polestar HQ ensuring seamless alignment and execution.
Who you are
- Knowledge & Experience You can rely on 5 to 10 years of Marketing experience preferably automotive or premium consumer brands. You have strong skills in event management stakeholder coordination and retail support
- Communication Skills You are a strong communicator who build trust and strong relationships with different types of stakeholders. You are fluent in French with a very good knowledge of English in order to communicate with our Swedish Headquarters.
