BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
OFFLINE PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST
You will join a dynamic Paid Media team operating in the fast-evolving technological automotive sector. Reporting directly to the Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for supporting multiple interactions with offline media partners including TV Radio and Out-of-Home (OOH). You will be also coordinating related back office procedures and related performance reports.
The ideal candidate is passionate about new technologies mobility and marketing communications and eager to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or Communication
- 3 years minimum (5 ideally) of experience in offline/traditional media planning and buying.
- First experience in communication agency or media company TV/Radio/OOH
- Strong understanding of media and offline media measurement (e.g. GRPs CPM reach/frequency).
- Excellent negotiation communication and project management skills.
- Develop and execute offline media strategies across TV radio print OOH and other traditional media platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and aligned with brand objectives.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Make recommendations for media mix and budget reallocation based on performance data and market trends.
- Work cross-functionally with creative and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints (analysis project coordination follow up)
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare post-campaign analysis and media performance reports
- Project coordination and administrative procedures follow up
- Proficiency in Excel Powerpoint and media planning tools
Compliance & Brand Standards:
- Ensure all offline media executions align with brand guidelines legal regulations and industry standards.
Soft skills :
- Comfortable in working with fast moving organization international environment and English on a daily basis (Chinese - European environment)
- Proactive attitude teamwork curious
- Fluent French and English
- Excellent oral & written skills
