Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all planning and forecasting activities of Aftersales products
- Close collaboration with entire product supply chain
- Monitor and analyze parts stock levels and warehouse operations to secure fill rate of at least 95%
- Closely monitor the warehouse performance and OTD (order to delivery time)
- Manage daily backorders per order type; ensure to limit the impact of parts delays especially for VOR cases
- Close collaboration with other parts logistics and planning departments in Europe and China
- Develop a retail inventory strategy (RIM) including the connected digitalization projects
Qualifications:
- Strong automotive planning background (parts accessories and other products)
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries cultures regulations. Self-learning the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
- High-level attention to details time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
