Job Summary

This role is part of an exclusive Store Operations Exchange Program designed to bring European retail excellence into Chinas rapidly expanding community retail sector.
Only Chinese nationals currently working in Europe are eligible in world-class training operational standards and store management expertise. You will relocate to China and play a key role in modernizing and optimizing nationwide store operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage full store operations or a specific functional area
Adapt and implement best-in-class practices into the Chinese retail model
Lead train and develop store teams to boost efficiency performance and compliance
Ensure product availability operational excellence and top-tier merchandising standards
Execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with supply chain logistics retail tech merchandising and QA teams
Conduct frequent domestic travel to supervise stores audit performance and support regional teams

Must-See Points (Requirements)

Chinese national currently working in Europe
Bachelors degree or above
Proven experience in European grocery retail operations or supermarket management
Strong understanding of operational standards process optimization and retail efficiency
Excellent communication leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to relocate to Beijing or other major Chinese cities
Comfortable with frequent domestic travel
