Job Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented AI-curious individual who can train our models refine datasets and ensure ChatAgent delivers accurate high-quality responses. If you enjoy structured work solving logic problems and shaping the behavior of real AI systems youll thrive in this fully remote role.
Tasks
- Review clean and annotate text data to improve ChatAgents AI understanding and accuracy.
- Train the AI by labeling intents correcting responses and identifying misclassifications.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs and adjust training samples to enhance automation quality.
- Work closely with the Product and AI teams to maintain consistent logic across industries.
- Follow clear guidelines to ensure annotations are accurate consistent and high-quality.
- Identify patterns edge cases and weak spots in AI performance to guide improvements.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Experience with data labeling content review or AI training (preferred but not required).
- Clear analytical thinking and the ability to spot inconsistencies in language or logic.
- Comfort working remotely with discipline and ownership of your tasks.
- Curiosity about AI automation and how conversational systems learn.
- Strong English reading and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
