Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning execution and delivery of large-scale programs focused on Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities. Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Technical Oversight: Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management. Guide technical design configuration and integration strategies ensuring solutions are scalable reliable and align with best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders engineering teams and external partners. Effectively communicate program status risks and dependencies to all levels of the organization.
- Project Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation. Proactively identify and mitigate risks resolve technical and operational issues and manage program budgets.
- Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that optimize procurement cycles and inventory control.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment guiding cross-functional teams (including developers analysts and business users) to ensure successful program outcomes and user adoption.
