Job Title: Admin Associate
Job Location: Brooklyn NY 11201
Hours: M-F 9-5 (1hr lunch)
Assignment Duration: 12 months Extension Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: - Reporting to a property manager The Hiring Manager is looking for a candidate who is either based in the local area or has the ability to commute reliably to the Brookfield location.
Resources typical working day: - Answering tenant calls: Serving as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests.
- Entering work orders: Logging and tracking service requests for engineering and security teams via email and internal systems.
- Managing purchase orders: Utilizing the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) platform to create and process purchase orders as needed.
- Administrative support: Providing day-to-day assistance to the Property Manager including scheduling documentation and coordination tasks.
- Filing and documentation: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Other administrative duties: Supporting general office operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.
Must Have Skills: - Communication Skills
- Collaboration skills
Software skills: - Proficient in Excel spreadsheet word
- Outlook email management
- Basic computer functions
Years of Experience: at least 2 years of experience
Education: GED/HS
Interview Process: 1 in person and/or 1 virtual
