Job Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with 20 years of experience to architect and lead complex cloud-native application development and legacy modernization projects in the Azure Cloud environment leveraging AI-native engineering tools and AI assistants (GitHub Copilot Claude Gemini Cursor etc.).
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise hands-on leadership and strategic vision to drive business-aligned technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting

Lead architectural discussions with CXOs business leaders and technical stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
Define transformation blueprints and target architectures aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory needs.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and architecture artifacts.
Identify opportunities for process and technology optimization to enhance scalability efficiency and business value.

Application & Data Modernization

Lead end-to-end modernization of monolithic Java/J2EE applications into microservices using Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Define and implement database modernization and cloud migration strategies.
Drive Tech Debt remediation and modernization accelerators for enterprise systems.

Cloud Architecture & DevSecOps

Design and deploy scalable secure and cost-optimized solutions on Azure / AWS / GCP following the Well-Architected Framework.
Define and manage DevSecOps pipelines using tools like SonarQube and Azure DevOps.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates.

Integration & Governance

Define integration strategies across legacy and modern systems ensuring interoperability and data consistency.
Provide architectural governance and enforce best practices in cloud-native development security and compliance.
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-driven technologies for code analysis observability and development acceleration.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and guide development teams to align with enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define rollout strategies integration plans and transition roadmaps.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams ensuring clarity and successful delivery.
