Job Summary

Role: Senior: Sr. Backend Developer

Experience: 7 years

Location: Bangalore Pune Noida

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python AWS serverless development and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend solutions integrating GraphQL APIs and working with modern development practices in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop optimize and maintain backend applications using Python AWS Lambda and microservices architecture.

Design and implement GraphQL APIs and integrate them with frontend and backend systems.

Work extensively with PostgreSQL and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy to manage data models and database operations.

Apply strong knowledge of object-oriented programming design patterns and best coding practices.

Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

Utilize GIT branching strategies and CI/CD workflows for efficient version control and deployment.

Troubleshoot debug and resolve performance issues in production and development environments.

Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of hands-on experience in backend application development.

Strong expertise in Python and related frameworks/libraries.

Extensive experience with AWS Lambda serverless computing and cloud-native development.

Solid understanding of microservices design patterns and best practices.

Proven experience in building and integrating GraphQL APIs.

Strong hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL.

Proficient in GIT branching strategies and collaborative development practices.

Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams.
