Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Curriculum Developer / Principal Curriculum Developer

Cleint is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer / Principal Curriculum Developer responsible for creating effective high-quality training content across multiple media formats to enable customers and partners to successfully deploy and use the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic highly self-motivated and passionate about designing best-in-class content that empowers learners to maximize their understanding of the ServiceNow platform while ensuring seamless learning experiences.

What You Get to Do in This Role

Be part of a curriculum and content design team ensuring the quality and success of new and existing courseware (Instructor-Led Training On-Demand content and simulators).
Create diverse learning materials-including written content videos interactive modules and job aids-for self-paced live and virtual instructor-led training.
Participate in pre-release planning to review and discuss new release updates across multiple product portfolios.
Write clear and concise chapter narratives develop real-world examples and create use-case-based guided lab exercises.
Design various types of assessments to measure learner skills knowledge and abilities including checks of knowledge tests credentials performance assessments and legally approved exams.
Develop interactive and engaging training content for Generative AI and Agentic AI topics.
Drive learning outcomes for generative AI expanding your knowledge of AI tools and ServiceNow-approved AI solutions.
Collaborate with course owners instructors cross-functional teams stakeholders and SMEs to define course specifications and gather content.
Demonstrate strong project management skills by supporting course owners with release tasks and mentoring junior team members (e.g. scheduling meetings updating project plans managing metadata and tagging submitting website updates generating reports and updating product records).
Continuously evaluate existing learning materials identify areas for improvement and create innovative solutions.
Classify collect and distribute course survey data to relevant teams.
Support content testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and functionality within ServiceNow University.
Assist with lab instance setup by preparing data packages of ServiceNow products for each release.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have:

5 years of experience in building educational curriculum and content development grounded in strong instructional design principles.
4 years of experience contributing to customer-facing education development projects.
Proven ability to influence and consult by providing strategic options with pros cons and risks along with thought leadership to address training and adoption challenges.
High levels of flexibility creativity and dependability.
Experience creating graphics templates icons and multimedia in the instructional design and eLearning development process.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 Captivate Rise SnagIt Camtasia and ScreenFlow.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; willingness to work extended hours during peak periods when required.
Experience working with global teams and global learners with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
Experience in rapid development and quick turnaround of training deliverables; incorporating assessments into learning programs is a plus.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design education organizational development or equivalent experience.
Industry certifications in instructional design curriculum development performance improvement project management or other relevant content areas.
Working knowledge of Agile practices and the software development lifecycle.
Strong capability to identify and solve problems proactively manage timelines and drive results across multiple projects.
Experience leveraging or evaluating AI tools for workflow automation decision-making problem-solving or analyzing AI-driven insights.
A proven track record of creativity flexibility and high dependability.
