Job Summary

ClieSenior Curriculum Developernt is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer responsible for creating high-quality multi-format training content that enables customers and partners to effectively deploy and use the ServiceNow AI Platform.

What You Get to Do in This Role

Be part of a highly technical content and curriculum design team responsible for ensuring the quality and success of new and existing courseware including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) On-Demand content and simulators.
Develop a diverse range of learning materials-written content videos interactive modules and job aids-tailored for self-paced live and virtual instructor-led delivery.
Participate in pre-release planning to analyze and discuss upcoming release changes across multiple product portfolios.
Write clear and concise chapter narratives and create real-world examples and guided labs.
Design multiple forms of learner assessments to measure skills knowledge and abilities.
Develop engaging training content focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Strengthen learning outcomes by expanding expertise in AI tools and solutions.
Collaborate with course owners instructors cross-functional teams stakeholders and subject matter experts to define course specifications and gather content.
Demonstrate strong project management skills across multiple courses by supporting release tasks and mentoring junior team members.
Continuously evaluate learning materials to identify gaps and develop innovative improvements.
Collect and categorize course survey data for distribution to course owners and simulator teams.
Assist in content testing and QA to ensure accuracy and proper functionality within ServiceNow University.
Support lab instance setup by creating and managing ServiceNow data packages for each release.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have:

Core Experience

5 years of experience in curriculum development and content creation grounded in strong instructional design principles.
5 years of technical training eLearning or instructional design experience in IT or Software Development topics.
4 years of experience on customer-facing education development projects.

Technical Skills

Experience with Web Technologies such as HTML JavaScript and Web Services ideally within a SaaS environment.
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and scripting with strong understanding of JavaScript for task automation workflow enhancement and functionality improvements.
Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to improve learning processes problem-solving and operational efficiency.

Design & Development Skills

Experience with Agile or rapid development methodologies.
Strong ability to influence and consult by presenting options with pros cons and risks and providing thought leadership to stakeholders.
Experience using graphics templates icons and other multimedia throughout the instructional design and eLearning process.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Expertise with eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate 360 Captivate Rise SnagIt Camtasia and ScreenFlow.

Work Style & Collaboration

High levels of creativity flexibility and dependability.
Ability to work in fast-paced constantly changing environments including extended hours during peak periods.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones with flexible work hours as needed.
Experience in rapid development and quick turnaround of training deliverables.
Experience integrating measurement and assessments into learning programs is a plus.

Education & Certifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design education organizational development or equivalent experience.
Industry certifications in instructional design curriculum development performance improvement project management or other relevant domains.

Additional Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of Agile practices and the software delivery lifecycle.
Proven ability to identify and solve problems proactively manage timelines and drive results across multiple projects.
Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows analyze AI-driven insights or enhance decision-making and problem-solving processes.
