Key Responsibilities:
Smartsheet Control Center Management: Analyze and refine project workflows to enhance efficiency productivity and outcomes across the portfolio
Project Administration: Manage scheduling coordinate meetings oversee email communications manage Teams and folder and track project invoices and deliverables
Process Optimization:
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks eliminate redundancies and implement solutions that add measurable value to project goals
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
Process Development: Assist in developing and implementing new processes that align with organizational objectives
Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to project management/transformation office
Task Management: Prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing timelines while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 5 years experience as a project coordinator/manager
Expert in Smartsheet including control center dashboard creation automated workflows and reporting
Exposure to finance-related projects or systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday Anaplan) is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Smartsheet Excel PowerPoint)
Experience supporting finance or operations projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous fast-paced environments
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook PowerPoint Project Word) Teams
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Reliable attendance and punctuality essential
