Position Title: UI/UX Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)
Engagement Type: Contract

Role Overview:
Seeking a UI/UX Engineer to design develop and optimize user-centric web interfaces that improve digital experience and meet business goals. The role blends visual design front-end development and analytics-driven decision making to deliver responsive accessible and performant web properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and content stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user-centered designs and functional UI deliverables.
Participate in core team forums and provide regular updates on work progress.
Own end-to-end design alignment and ensure seamless integration with other functional areas.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces that meet project goals and timelines.
Work with technical leads to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
Implement and maintain analytics/tracking (e.g. GA4 Tag Manager Hotjar/Mixpanel) and use metrics to inform UX improvements.
Conduct A/B testing and generate reports/insights to improve engagement retention accessibility SEO and site speed.
Mentor junior team members as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
Proficiency with HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (React Vue or similar).
Experience with design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4 Tag Manager Data Studio) and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with CMS platforms version control (Git/GitHub) Agile methodologies and dashboarding/data visualization.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with A/B testing platforms and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with Hotjar Mixpanel or similar user-behavior tools.
