Job Summary

Job Title: Developer ( Oracle PL/SQL SOA/WCF HIPAA 7 Years)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Technical Architect overseeing end-to-end solution delivery including systems architecture engineering configuration administration performance optimization troubleshooting preventative maintenance and implementation of robust security practices.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and developing complex scalable and secure n-tier web applications in Microsoft Visual Studio using and C# following modern OOP SOLID principles and industry best practices.
Skilled in producing formal Technical Architecture documentation and translating business requirements into technical designs ensuring accurate logic implementation within application code.
Strong expertise in Oracle database technologies including data modeling PL/SQL programming creation of stored procedures packages tables triggers and performance-driven indexing strategies.
Proficient in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions integrating web services using WCF REST/SOAP APIs message queue processing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms.
Experience delivering applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standards to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.
Practical experience in developing deploying and maintaining applications Core frameworks.
Solid background in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate builds testing deployment and release management.
Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA requirements and successfully implementing secure applications handling Protected Health Information (PHI) while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
