Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate English and Social Science lessons for PrePrimary Primary and Middle grades aligned to school curriculum frameworks (CBSE/ICSE/State).
• Apply play-based and emergent literacy strategies in early years; scaffold reading writing and speaking skills for primary learners.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments analyse results and adapt instruction to close learning gaps.
• Implement differentiated instruction and evidence-based classroom management techniques to support diverse learners including remedial and extension groups.
• Maintain timely communication with parents prepare progress reports and collaborate with grade-level teams on learning plans and interventions.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities school events and ongoing professional development to strengthen teaching practice.
