SalesforceOMSExternal Consultant.

We are looking for an externalSalesforceOrder Management System (OMS) expertto support us in setting up demos conducting POCs and training our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SalesforceOMSdemos proofs of concept (POCs) and internal team trainingsessions.
• Design configure and customizeSalesforceOMS including multi-warehouse setupsand omni-channel inventory routing.
• Develop and maintain automationusing Flow Apex and Composite APIsfor complex order lifecycle management.
• IntegrateSalesforceOMSwith external systems (ERP WMS Payment Gateways SFCC etc.) using REST/SOAP APIsand middleware.
• Configure and customize SOM orchestration flowsfor various order lifecycle events.
• Implement secure integration practices using Named Credentials OAuth2 JWT and Composite APIs.
• Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex classes SOQL/SOSL queries and Aura componentswhere necessary.
• Utilize Flow Builder Orchestration Flow Designer and legacy tools like Process Builderwhere applicable.
• Work with Platform Eventsand Change Data Capture (CDC)for event-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build knowledge and self-sufficiencyinSalesforceOMSbest practices.

Required Experience

• 7 yearsofSalesforceexperience with hands-on expertise inSalesforceOMS.
• Proven experience with multi-warehouse configurationsand omnichannel inventory management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforceintegration patterns secure authentication mechanisms and enterprise system connectivity.
• Prior experience conductingSalesforceOMStrainingand enablement sessions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skillsto drive demos and knowledge sessions effectively.
