Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing remote this role you will be responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and technical standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Product QA and Designto deliver reliable scalable and efficient applications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and capable of working independently in a remote environment while still contributing effectively to team collaboration and overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enhance and maintain software applications according to project requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and efficient solutions.
- Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues across the software stack.
- Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and project timelines.
- Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of software releases.
- Stay updated with new technologies tools and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
- Support deployment activities and provide technical expertise during release cycles.
- Collaborate with the team in an agile environment participating in stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering or related technical role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. JavaScript Python Java C# or similar).
- Experience with modern frameworks tools and technologies relevant to your tech stack.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a distributed team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.
