Job Summary

As a SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant you will:

Design implement and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) environment.
Configure and manage workflows business rules and event-based processes in Employee Central.
Work extensively on Employee Central integrations ensuring seamless data exchange with internal and external systems.
Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant SuccessFactors solutions.
Support system enhancements testing cycles deployments and post-go-live support activities.

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of professional experience working as a Functional Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification.
Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module .
Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end HR processes workflows and business rules.
Hands-on expertise in Employee Central Integrations.
Knowledge and working experience with SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Analyze customer HR processes and recommend best-practice SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Design future-state HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Configure Employee Central objects permissions workflows and business rules with minimal supervision.
Handle multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Adapt to complex environments and evolving business requirements.
