Job Summary

As a SAP SuccessFactor Business Analyst you will:
  • Design implement and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 environment.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of RCM and ONB 2.0 including at least two full lifecycle implementations.
  • Configure and manage recruiting and onboarding workflows aligned with business requirements.
  • Work on RCM to ONB 2.0 integrations ensuring seamless candidate-to-employee transitions.
  • Conduct discovery and requirement-gathering workshops to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors configurations and solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
  • Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting Management (RCM) Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0).
  • Proven experience with minimum two end-to-end implementations of RCM and ONB 2.0.
  • Strong functional knowledge of recruiting and onboarding business processes.
  • Experience working on RCM to ONB 2.0 integration scenarios.
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB 2.0 with third-party systems.
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors certification in other modules is an added advantage.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Analyze recruiting and onboarding business requirements and recommend best-practice SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Design future-state recruiting and onboarding processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Configure RCM and ONB 2.0 modules with minimal supervision.
  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
