About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Culinary Chef who is eager to experiment learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who loves cooking understands culinary fundamentals and wants to be part of a team that blends food innovation and technology.
This role involves recipe development food trials experimentation with new ingredients and maintaining high taste & quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan prepare and execute recipes across multiple cuisines.
Support new product development through continuous experimentation and trials.
Work closely with product and R&D teams to test food preparation with kitchen automation equipment.
Maintain taste texture hygiene and presentation standards consistently.
Assist in creating standardised recipes (SOPs) with proper measurements and steps.
Evaluate food quality and document findings for improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management / Food Science or equivalent.
01 year of professional experience in a restaurant cloud kitchen or food R&D setup.
Good understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong sense of taste ingredients pairing and flavour balance.
Detail-oriented with strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness.
Personal Attributes
Passionate about cooking and learning new techniques.
Open to experimentation and constructive feedback.
Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role: Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelors degree in a relevant field. 2-3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferably in electro-mechanical production environments. Skills: Proficiency in interpreting engineering and assembly drawings. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for efficient documentation and planning. Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
