Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Pay: $16$18 per hour
- Lead a preschool classroom while maintaining a safe organized and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Deliver The Learning Experience curriculum to promote social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Provide guidance coaching and support to assistant teachers.
- Communicate daily with families offering updates on learning milestones and classroom experiences.
- Ensure adherence to Wisconsin DCF regulations licensing standards and center safety expectations.
- Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher required.
- Director Qualified (DQ) preferred.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program.
- Strong understanding of DAP (developmentally appropriate practices).
- Reliable collaborative and committed to early childhood excellence.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
