Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service

  • Assist customers with wash package selections memberships and questions

  • Process transactions accurately (cash card memberships gift cards etc.)

  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk and lobby area

  • Answer phone calls schedule services (if applicable) and respond to inquiries

  • Communicate with wash attendants and management to support smooth operations

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and customer records (receipts reports membership updates)

  • Follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a busy fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer and POS system skills

  • Reliable punctual and professional

  • Comfortable working around a car wash environment (water noise outdoor traffic flow)
