We are seeking a reliable and flexible Driver to join our Dunedin depot. Are you an experienced Class 4 Driver looking for your next role If you have the right attitude and are keen to showcase it then this is an excellent opportunity for you.
In this role you will be tasked with delivering chilled & frozen freight to businesses within the Canterbury and Otago region this will include manual lifting and hand unloads checking temperature settings ensuring accuracy of documentation and completing daily vehicle checks.
This position will be based out of our Dunedin depot and you will be required to start work at 5 am Monday through to Saturday. Hours will vary dependant on business requirements and according to the weekly roster.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role youll need:
A full & clean Class 4 license with a minimum of 12 months NZ Class 4 driving experience (ideally within refrigerated transport)
Be competent & proficient with reversing onto a raised dock
Have a good geographical knowledge of the South Island
Have a working knowledge of EROAD & TruckMate
