Your primary task is to Provide customer service to distributors including answering questions about the science behind Nu Skins product line and product usage. Since we offerglobally renowned skincare products naturally we want to provide the best possible service as most cases you can handle the issues yourself but when you need assistance you always have your colleagues by your side and a global team of product experts only a phone call away.
What youll do:
- providing product training to the newcomers and also organizing trainings on new products
- coordinating the duties of the PEs
- contacting with the Product Expert in Budapest
- gathering the complicated questions and forwarding to the product specialist
creating reports in order to provide data for the sales department and management
- creating and keeping a product answer database (frequently asked questions) up to date
- managing the e-mail templates database
- communicating with stakeholders organizing meetings for the PEs every week
- managing workload of PE-s to provide the excellent service and timely answers to distributors and clients.
